The Commoner is the same sturdy stand as the Portastand Troubadour, only without the cover.
It has a height range of 28" to 60" and full tilt range adjustability and will support the heaviest books without drooping. Like the Portastand Troubadour, the shelf can be used as a desktop stand without the tripod.
